As RadarOnline.com reported, the 50-year-old comedian and his now-estranged wife, Malaak Compton-Rock, 46, have been raising Ntombi-futhi Samantha as their daughter in New Jersey since bringing her to the United States in 2008 on a tourist visa.
South African and American officials recently began to look into whether or not the couple was involved in “child trafficking,” since they didn’t adopt her and she doesn’t have the proper papers to be in the country.
